Pre-Participation Physical Exams

Pre-Participation physical examinations (PPE) are important to insure the safety and health of children as they participate in athletic activities. These exams must be completed annually by a physician in order to determine if your child has developed any condition which would make it hazardous to participate in an athletic event. Dr Cullen and Kroll provide these examinations at the office on a daily basis and at local High Schools on selected dates.

• Medical exam performed by a physician, nurse practitioner, and/or physician assistant.
  Sports participation clearance provided by one of our fellowship trained sports medicine physicians. 
• Joint, muscle, ligament screening
• Injury prevention information

Register now! 

• Physicals meet school and GHSA requirements, but should not replace well-child exams
• Parent/guardian must accompany the athlete or provide a signed parental consent form
• Students should wear shorts and gym shoes

* Family discount applies to related family members; physicals to be performed at the same location/date. Payment by cash or check is due at the time of service.
