Georgia Sports Medicine offers a sports injury clinic on Saturday mornings during the school year.  We evaluate and follow up on sports injuries in our youth and high school athletes.  Our treatment team of an athletic trainer, physical therapist and physician allows us initiate prompt treatment of injuries from practice and competition.  We coordinate practice restrictions and communicate return to play decisions with area coaches.

This clinic is held at Atlanta Falcons Physical Therapy and Select Physical Therapy to serve our athletes from our affiliated schools at North Gwinnett HS and Dacula HS.  Athletes from other schools are welcome and frequently to attend due to the quality of the care provided and the trust we have established with area coaches.
