Doctor Cullen has been practicing in Gwinnett County since 1997. He established Georgia Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Surgery in Duluth, GA in 2003. Georgia Sports Medicine was started by Doctor Cullen to build the premier Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Surgery practice in Gwinnett County. The practice specializes in injuries and fractures associated youth sports. Dr. Cullen specializes in complex arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery and pediatric fracture care. He is recognized by his peers and coaches throughout the area as a leader in youth and adolescent sports medicine.

Wendy Stevison, PA-C, joined the practice in 2011 to assist Dr. Cullen with nonoperative care of Orthopaedic injuries. Her prior experience as a certified athletic trainer on both the high school and college levels helps to provide a team approach similar to that employed by universities and professional sport teams for specialized non operative and operative care of Orthopaedic injuries. Our small practice size allows us to provide personalized high quality Orthopaedic care for athletes of all ages.
