Dr. Cullen is a Board Certified Orthopaedic surgeon who has completed fellowship training in sports medicine. He has been in practice in Gwinnett County since 1997. He specializes in treatment of knee and shoulder injuries and pediatric fractures. He is recognized by his peers as a leader in Pediatric and Adolescent Sports Medicine in Atlanta. He has a special interest programs in ACL injury and sports concussion management.

He is married to his wife Michelle and they have four children. When he is not busy on the sidelines, he is active at home with his children.
