Dr. Cullen completed his Orthopaedic Surgery training at the University of Cincinnati and his sports medicine fellowship in advanced arthroscopic surgery techniques at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center. He has been a leader in arthroscopic surgery and advanced knee and shoulder procedures in Atlanta since 1997. He understands the importance of proper surgical technique and post operative physical therapy. His caring attitude and meticulous attention to detail helps to assist his patients to obtain their best possible results after surgery.
