Marian Sphire

Marian Sphire has been an office manager for 14 years and has worked at Georgia Sport Medicine since 2006.  She is originally from Kentucky and moved to Georgia in 2006.  She is married with two children.  Her husband is head football coach at North Gwinnett HS.  Marian enjoys chocolate, football and reading.

Trisha Moe

Trisha Moe has been employed at Georgia Sports Medicine since 2005.  She handles all of the insurance claims for the practice.  She has over ten years of medical billing experience. She is originally from New Jersey, and has lived in Georgia for 7 years.  She is currently pursuing advanced credentials in medical coding.  In her spare time, she enjoys fashion, movies, and spending time with her family.

Denise Valenti 

Denise Valenti has been employed with Georgia Sports Medicine since its establishment in 2003. She is very dedicated and works hard to greet every patient with a smile.  Denise is married and lives in Suwanee with her husband.  They have one daughter.

Stacy Richardson

Stacy Richardson has been with Georgia Sports Medicine since December 2007.   She is an integral part of our front office.  With a friendly smile, Stacy will schedule your next visit.  She and her husband, Ben, have one son and three dogs.  During her free time, Stacy enjoys family time and reading.

Jesse Jurado – Dr. Cullen’s Assistant

Jesse Jurado is a certified athletic trainer who has worked with Dr Cullen since 2003.  She has been employed at Georgia Sports Medicine as Dr. Cullen’s medial assistant since 2007.  She is a Panamanian native but grew up in Gwinnett County.  She graduated with a bachelor degree in Sports Medicine from Valdosta State University in 2003.  She was head athletic trainer at Norcross High School from 2003-2006.   She was involved in competitive cheerleading in college and high school.  She enjoys running and staying active today.

Kelly Ryan – Scheduling

Kelly Ryan has worked at Georgia Sports Medicine since 2007.  She has over ten years of orthopaedic experience.  She has been married for 24 years to her husband who is a high school football coach at East Paulding High School.  She has 2 sons – Kyle is 22, Craig is 19

Tomica Hewitt – X-ray Technician

Tomica Hewitt is a registered Radiologic Technologist who has worked at Georgia Sports Medicine since 2007.  Tomica was born on the island of Jamaica where she grew up and completed her secondary education.  She studied in Connecticut at Capital Community College and graduated with cum laude honors with an A.S. degree in Radiologic Technology.  She continued her studies at University of Hartford.  She enjoys traveling, outdoor recreation and entertaining family and friends.  Tomica’s quote for daily life, as she remembered growing up is “Anything is possible through Christ whom strengthens me”.
